PetHub Family started from a concrete household problem: in a home with pets, care is split between several people and nobody has the whole picture.
In a home with pets, care almost never falls on one person. Someone walks the dog, someone else takes it to the vet, someone else buys the food. And when the vet asks when the last deworming was, the answer is usually split across three memories and a family chat. PetHub Family exists so that information lives in one place and everyone sees the same thing.
We are a small team based in Colombia. We are not veterinarians and do not pretend to be: the app organizes and reminds, but clinical decisions belong to your vet. When we publish anything about animal health, we cite the source and say where the data comes from.
Your family and pet data is yours. It is shared only with people you invite, and public links — the memories album, the lost-pet poster — are switched on and off by you. You can export the ID card and care history to PDF whenever you want; nothing is held back by which plan you are on.
Through paid plan subscriptions. The free plan shows ads; paid plans do not. If we ever recommend a product and earn a commission for it, we say so on the same page and above the link, not in a footnote.
