Getting started
Do I need to install anything?
No. PetHub Family runs in your phone or computer browser. You can add it to your home screen to open it like an app, but there is nothing to download from a store.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes to add a pet, schedule the first care, and invite someone. You do not need to load the whole history at once: information accumulates as it happens.
Sharing care
What exactly does the person I invite see?
They see the family pets, their care calendar and history, and can mark as done the care you assign them. They cannot access billing or delete the family.
Can I remove someone’s access?
Yes, at any time, without deleting what they recorded. Pausing access stops them from signing in, but the care they marked stays in the pet’s history.
Data and privacy
Can I take my information with me?
Yes. The ID card and care history export to PDF whenever you want, and memories can be downloaded. The information is yours and is not held hostage by which plan you use.
Are the links I share public forever?
No. Every shared link can be switched off whenever you want, and the memories album accepts a PIN so only people with the code can open it. You decide what is visible and for how long.
